Class Description: Adult Ballet Fundamentals and Stretch is designed for adults of all levels, from beginners to those with some prior experience, and focuses on building a strong foundation in ballet technique and improving flexibility. The class will cover basic ballet positions, proper alignment, and terminology, with a focus on both barre work and center floor exercises. Stretching and strengthening exercises will be incorporated to enhance flexibility and build core strength, essential for ballet and to improve overall health.

For Fall/Spring sessions, a $20 registration fee will be charged at the time of registration.

Summer 4-Week Mini Session is $130 for 4 weekly classes, plus a $20 registration fee. Tuition will be pro-rated if joining the semester late.

Dress Code: There is no dress code for adult classes. Some adult students wear a leotard and tights, but it is not required. Wear something comfortable that you can move in easily. We recommend pulling hair up, away from the face.

Shoes: For ballet, we recommend wearing ballet slippers that can be purchased at our local dance wear provider Grand Pix. More info HERE!
